MALTA JSC is a multi-industry company with the scope of activities as follows:

– Construction of urban infrastructure and industrial zones;

– Counseling on education and study abroad for students;

– Logistics, ship agency and freight forwarding activities;

– Recruiting, training and updating employees and sending Vietnamese workers to work abroad under contracts, with a strong focus on seafarers of commercial cargo vessels with the desire to contribute, build and improve the quality of human resources of Vietnam’s maritime crewmembers, aiming to make a significant contribution to the global maritime human resource.MALTA JSC is proud of its foundation members having good experience and deep aspiration and in combination with a team of friendly, dedicated, professional and attentive staff, we strongly believe that we will bring to ship owners a quality and reputable crew supply service and at the same time contribute our best to the Vietnamese seafarers community in the job looking and creation.

D- Management and supplying of Vietnamese seafarers

1- Recruiting, training, updating and improving the quality of seafarers to meet the requirements of ship owners and the International Convention on Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW78/2010);

2- Supply and manage crew members for domestic and foreign shipowners according to the Certificate of Conformity on Recruitment and Supply of Seafarers SRPS – MLC 2006;

3- Recruitment, training and sending Vietnamese workers to work abroad under contracts.

MALTA JSC commits to provide seafarers with suitable health, professional and appropriate qualifications to satisfy the requirements of ship owners and charterers. At the same time, MALTA JSC always comply with international legal and regulatory requirements including the implementation of the standard requirements of the ISO-2015 Quality Management System and the standards of Regulation 1.4 of the Maritime Labor Convention -2006 on the recruitment and supply of seafarers – SRPS.
